Gerald L. Lamb, P.E.
Director of Engineering
Lamb has 35 years of experience and education in process development, engineering design, project management and construction services on environmental and industrial wastewater projects. Specialty area of expertise includes engineering for water and wastewater treatment facilities and remedial projects. He has provided engineering and construction services on more than 75 wastewater and industrial treatment projects. Services included preliminary studies, pilot plant designs, process design, engineering design, construction and plant startup, regulatory liaison, and operations consulting.

Jamie M. Cribbs, P.E.
Principal Engineer
Ms. Miller has more than 15 years experience specializing in water and wastewater treatment facility design, drainage, and project management. She has been the principal designer for numerous successful projects in Colorado, Illinois, Arizona, and New Mexico. Her expertise includes process design, cold weather wastewater treatment facilities, master planning for water, wastewater and drainage systems, storage facilities, and construction management.

Michael Glaser, P.E.
Principal Engineer
Mr. Glaser has recently joined IWS and will be splitting time between our California and Colorado office. Michael has over 20 years experience as a civil engineer serving both private and public sector clients in the civil, environmental, and geotechnical markets. Michael’s experience includes wastewater treatment systems, environmental soil and groundwater remedial design and construction, and classic civil/geotechnical construction design and construction. Michael will be the technical point of contact for projects when we team with other engineering firms and also lead our in-house engineering efforts in California.

Chris Palmer, CEG,HG, PG, RG
Hydrogeologist
Mr. Palmer has diversified experience in hydrogeologic and engineering geologic studies in California and other States. He has performed and supervised numerous of investigations for soil and groundwater sampling, water quality, groundwater monitoring well design and installation, aquifer data analysis, contaminant assessment and report preparation. Projects include contaminant assessments at military and industrial sites and landfills; percolation testing and related hydrogeologic study for on-site wastewater disposal; phase one environmental site assessments; engineering geologic study for land development. Additional experience includes client contact, regulatory discussion and negotiation, and compliance for soil and groundwater remediation. Mr. Palmer has been an instructor of contaminant hydrogeologic and subsurface mapping courses for the University of California Extension Santa Cruz and California State University Hayward, and is the author of the book “Principles of Contaminant Hydrogeology."
