IWS provides a Performance Guarantee of their engineered treatment system based on the influent conditions projected in the design report. IWS shall oversee the operation and maintenance of the treatment system and work with the owner’s O&M provider to ensure system performance. The Upflow Filter shall be included in IWS’s overall system Performance Guarantee. The IWS performance guarantee is subject to the owner operating the treatment system to the guidelines established in the O&M manual.
